Join us for a novel publication workshop hosted by BluesClues!

This workshop will cover topics like...

    • should I pursue traditional or self publication?
    • how do I find agents and publishers?
    • what is a query letter and why do I need one?

The workshop will focus primarily on traditional publication, as that's the area I'm knowledgeable about - but many of the topics we cover are also relevant to self-published authors. All novelists and aspiring novelists welcome! Tell your friends!

There's still time to plan (or you can chaotically decide the night before to give it a shot). I'm not going to tell you what to do!

But either way, you should tell us about your project. I love reading about them!!

    If you're on the fence...
WHAT'S THE WORST THAT WILL HAPPEN?
    * It doesn't have to be good
    * You don't have to show it to people
    * You can make a different goal if 50k for the month (1667 words a day) is too much for you

Have some fun and write a novel in a month with us!!

COOP: chickens of our poetry zine is getting ready to go with our FOURTH zine edition - we are still looking for a few more chicken poems and chicken art and would love to consider including some more YWSers for this edition. If you're interested in submitting a piece you can PM your entry to either @Rook or myself, or you can go through our google submission form on our website. Thanks for supporting COOP & be on the lookout for that new zine! We'll let you know when it hatches!

    Write-ins

    Image

Hiya hiya! We'll be having a series of write-ins throughout #PlanMo and #NaNo . They'll be hosted on WriterFeedPad (or on a riseup pad if the WFP service is down). The dates are:

    Friday, October 28
    Friday, November 4
    Friday, November 11
    Friday, November 18
    Friday, November 25

And the time is approximately 7pm - 10 pm EST/EDT (you can check when this is in your timezone using a website like this one).

The links to the write-ins will be posted here (which you can also subscribe to for other PlanMo and NaNo updates) and in the People's Tab. The write-ins will be hosted by the wonderful @BluesClues, excepting the November 4th one which will be hosted by me. Hope to see you there! :D

Just one day or a day and a half of Poetry Month left! There's still time to read each other's threads and leave some love, and truly you are missing out on one of the best parts of NaPo if you're not checking out the other threads. <3

How did poetry month go for you? Achieve all your dreams and goals? If you wrote a poem you're particularly proud of why not post it in the publishing center? (If you make a comment in someone else's thread today I'll even give you 100 poetry points! ~ Just let me know.)

Also my contest is still open Right Here!
