The fabric of space tears as I lean in to kiss my world rips apart

I woke up to my phone buzz buzz buzzing like an annoying bee oh please let me sleep

smooth fruit, I bit in, the juice dribbles from my lips. sweet like summer days where the sky is blue kool-aid school-time seems so far away

behind morning mist the sun is tucked away, wish I was still asleep.

My Goals: 1. Write 30 poems. 2. Write one poem a day. 3. Comment 30 times in other NaPo threads. 4. Attend 5 poetry jams. 5. Participate in April Madness. ...
