i juat can't do it, I get all discordinated and confused and end up falling off the treadmill or dropping the book -_- 5.Watching t.v and talking on the phone ...

I don't know if this will work, or if anyone will reply, but what you do is post one almost impossible [for you] multi-task, and say if you can/can't do ...
