Anyone else enjoy looking through their old google docs while procrastinating?
I just found one titled "Ground Rules" and all it says is:
1. Always, no - Never! Go out in a blizzard.
2. Never miss or be late to a cheesecake factory meeting (you’ll miss the cake and be sad)
3. Eat Breakfast and lunch
Okay, so some of that is good advice, but what on earth motivated me to write the 2nd one?!
Ignorance I don’t look through Google docs cuz it’s all just school stuff lol, I do like to read through old roleplays tho
Also excuse me, 2 is amazing advice. Who wants to miss cake?!

DragonWriter22 Haha, true, but I don't know when I've ever been in a position to attend a cheesecake factory meeting.

I'm taking a chemistry lab safety class and it does an amazing job of striking fear of improper lab technique into you.
Today there was a short answer question on my quiz that set up a scene where a chemical has caught fire, the flame is lighting other flammable chemicals, the original chemical releases toxic gas, and then a coworker in panic knocks over and shatters a 2 liter flask of concentrated hydrochloric acid on themself. I was supposed to identify the dangers of that situation and what actions I might take in response....
Just, wow. If someone gets acid all over themself then they need to use the safety shower immediately, but if the lab is on fire then that's not very safe either! I'm sure my professor has a fun time grading that question.

I was reading through my list of story ideas and I came across one that just says "Forklore" and I just... what? What does this mean, past self!

Story that will probably be funny to me someday (but right now I'm just too tired)-
I got some pumpkin pie poptarts that I've been excited to try, so I go and pop them in my roommate's darth vader toaster. The toaster is a piece of junk, so the poptarts slide through the cracks to the bottom while toasting. I then unplug the toaster and spend thirty minutes shaking it around and using a plastic fork to try and wedge them out again cause there is no easy way to remove the bottom. I don't have a screwdriver, so at one point I'm using a kitchen knife to try unscrewing it, but the angle won't work for some of the screws, so scratch that idea. Eventually I manage to wedge the poptarts (in tons of tiny pieces) out the top again, but a plastic piece rattles out too, so now I'm 60% sure I've broken the toaster.
It's one of those days, I guess. haha.

You know that feeling when you're working on a real hard school problem, then you realize you were doing it wrong and there's actually an easy solution? I feel like that except I'm stuck in the doing it wrong place and I'm sure there's an easy solution if I could just understand it, but the textbook is only making things worse.
-_- #college
Mageheart I feel that.

Last night I had the closest thing to a dream within a dream I've ever had. I was dreaming, but I knew where I was wasn't real and that I'd eventually come back to my real self. I tried to explain to the people around me that I wasn't really there and I kept trying to find some way to write things down on paper that I'd still have with me when I woke up, though I wasn't sure if it would work.
Then I woke up and realized even the supposed "real me" was just a dream.

So the temperature's been in the 50's (over 10 degrees celsius) all day, but now it's night time and it's snowing? Make up your mind weather!
