theromanticchemist so a bit of story behind this--when I had a crush on my ex I got really into origami. that winter I memorized how to make an origami butterfly. my room was covered in them. I made them almost compulsively. and the day before winter break I thought of giving her one but ended up deciding not to. over winter break she confessed to me. the really sad part is that I don't remember how to make an origami butterfly anymore. after we broke up I stopped making them. I forgot the movements just as I forgot everything about our relationship.
