ToastK ok, i used that exact picture as a reference, but when I tried searching up where it was originally from, I came across a dead end. The closest I could tell was that the words in the picture were a reference to the song "こちら、幸福なのは義務なんです" which is a japanese vocaloid song originally voiced by hatsune miku(omg miku mentioned). Anyways, if you wanted to figure out who the artist was, I could not for the life of me tell you. Even in reverse image search no artist came up.

AkiraEliza DANG. maybe its one of those things where the artist has someone else take the credit but they keep the money. and I'm not particularly interested if its vocaloid (gumi made me shutter with disgust every time I heard about vocaloid, honestly. I guess she's slightly better in her newer songs but I'm staying well away from vocaloid) but I just noticed the pictures were identical. I was just curious.

What’s a word you know in Japanese? I’ll go first:

kotoba(言葉)
This word means,, well, “word”. But I really like this word because of its kanji and meaning.
言(koto) literally means speech, or speak and 葉(ha) means leaf.
So, kotoba literally means the leaf of a speech, treating speech/language as a branche where words (leaves) are the things that compose it.
This word is a beautiful example of how close to nature the Japanese language is, and how literal of a meaning some of these words have with fascinating origins.

The term 画竜点睛 is a common term in East Asia. It is also used in Japan too, and is romanized as either gary??tensei or garyoutensei. An equivalent "english" term would be coup de gr??ce. The term, if I recall, originates from that a painter drew a dragon so good that when he drawed its eyes, the dragon... became alive.
