I sat in my large, and now dark dressing room. I was going trough my millions of pounds of mail, just looking for one pink envelope I get every month if I am lucky. When I found it, I instantly opened it up like my life depending on it.
Dear Judah,
We all miss you as always, cant wait till your tour ends so you can come back to Maine. We may have a guest when you do. But don’t worry, I have increased my makeup skills, and now I can do wigs! I just have to find one that can fit all your hair. J
Write back soon.
With love,
R
I felt mistily closer to the shores of my island as I read these words, like my twin sister was right there reading them to me.
I instantly grabbed some spare paper and started writing. But then the door opened and light shone in the room. I looked up to find my tall and broad body guard standing there. He looked around the room, which was now transformed into a sea of envelopes. He rolled his eyes because he doesn’t know the truth. He turned on the light and it blinded my eyes.
I’ve been in a depressing mood for awhile, with out my family, with out love. All my broken hearts were from girls who loved me for my public identity, not for who I was as a person. Nothing was the same anymore. I haven’t been home sense Christmas. I always feel empty, like there is a hole in me, or like a ghost, doomed to walk on the earth with no purpose forever. But I hope that my journey will end in two weeks as proposed, so I can go back to my home and see my twin, and my siblings, and loving mother.
My guard told me it was time. At this I went out to the hallway to make my preparations with my two closest friends.
