Larger Avatar Limits

I have this great gif I wish to upload, and it's 200 x 200. Most forums I know will take the image and shrink it to the appropriate size, but here it says nada.

Any thoughts?

Avatar resizing is normally part of YWS!

The renovation that keeps getting brought up? One of the things it temporarily took away was the automatic resizing of avatars. And since Nate is away from the site due to work, he hasn't had the chance to add that back in.
