Need For Speed: Turf War (Open)

Welcome to Seacrest County, a place which boasts some of the most beautiful roads in the world. However, because of these roads, Seacrest County is notorious for its illegal racing circuits. The police have loaded funding into equipment to stop racers and keep the public safe, namely buy purchasing cars that can keep up with the perpetrators. The SCPD (Seacrest County Police Department) have been very successful in their goal, but now two very big racing gangs have started a turf war, bigger than anyone in Seacrest has ever seen. Shootings and gang warfare has even been recorded, but the two usually settle their differences on the roads, which pose even more danger to the public. Can the SCPD stop this fued and make Seacrest County safe again?

Same boring old rules:
No excessive swearing
No sex
No Trolling
And you cannot kill off someones character without asking their permission. (If you want your character to die, give them a death which would be interesting to the story book).
