Yeah, I'm going to ask a really stupid question but I've been wondering how to do it, for months! :O

All my friends know it so, its a little awkward to ask them. x-(
What I want to ask is that, when you post a link, you can actually rename it.

For example :- Actual Link: http://www.youngwriterssociety.com/
Rename: This Website Is Amazing. *.*
