I really don't know what to say about this exactly, since it's just all one stanza. But, so far, what you have written is really good! Why don't you add more to it? It would be better then, and at least there will be something to critisize about, yes?
Now, I really like the last paragraph alot, but the "to" before "die" and after "re-born" feels very repititive. Why? Well, because you've used it twice in the same sentence. Try avoiding that.
It was a really good try! Keep it up!

If I were to have a super power, it would be to time-travel, so that I could turn back time, and erase your very existence.
This was short, but it still got it's point across. I love your comparison to a Phoenix, it fits it perfectly. (at least in my opinion. ) There's not much to review, and I'm not really good at reviews anyway, so I'm just gonna compliment it!
If you write any more, I'd be interested to read them.
Well, Keep on Writing!!!

I really like your poem because its really short just one stanza, four lines...when people write about love or almost any poem about romance they tend to write dozens of stanza's, i like the fact that it was short, it brought out the point well, and in only 4 lines, i find that amazing. I also like the way it rises and falls, in tone and in rhythm, you can actually feel it being born dying and being reborn...really nice...keep it up!!! thanks for writing something really nice.. Michie Oh here!!!!
