The Hunger Games (Movie)

Most of you probably know that the acclaimed book, the Hunger Games, is being made into a movie. Wasn't sure if anyone had seen the newly released poster, but I thought it was amazing.

That poster is seriously cool.

I think the movie stands a chance to do great justice to the books. In my opinion, the story is almost better suited for a movie than the books (although, that may be because I have some...reservations about how well some of the books were written).

I definitely agree that when you read the book it seems like it should be for a script. Everything seems very visual in the way it is presented and very extravagant. The atmosphere and seems are not overdone, but in a sense they are because they bring very theatrical moments.

So. Excited. I've been following it since before they cast Katniss and Peeta and Gale.
