How does one post an image for a work inside the little spoiler thingy?

You upload an image to a place like Photobucket or Imageshack and you get the direct link from that. Then you wrap it with:

[img][/img]

and then wrap that with:

Code: Select all

[spoiler][/spoiler]

It looks a little like this:
