My emotions are like fire, you can get it started but you can also light it off. Holding back the pain which is ever wrong, you can actually put these words to a song. When lightning strikes thunder is not far behind it when I get close to a human being, my emotions start to turn hitting the light just making sure you would not burn. As time changes so does the person that you are, things start to get clearer, emotions start change, for better or worse. Sometimes I feel like I’ve been cursed of having feelings that has been buried inside me. Dignity is a choice; you can lose it with your emotions, or get it back I have never felt this way before, this is my first time, somebody help me. I feel like am trapped in a box where I can’t breathe any oxygen. I feel like I am losing everything, bit by bit. How can something feel so right by yet so wrong. How would I ever see my love one again, the moment that we shared the tears that I shattered all over my face. How would I get out of this understand pain, my emotions can tell it all. From the time I get up from the time I fall

Well. To start off, the huge wall of text is daunting. I can say from experience that if you don't break down the poem into stanzas or manageable reading lines, nobody will want to read it because it'll be too scary, they came to see a poem, not a short story, so break up the lines. Keep Writing!

Ok, so, like Ignatius says you need to break it up.
Luckily, I'm willing to do that for you! Here, this is my, broken up, version. (Then I'll get on with the reviewing).

My emotions are like fire,
you can get it started but
you can also light it off. Light it off sounds a little weird. How about 'turn it off'?

Holding back the pain,
which is ever wrong,
you can actually put
these words to a song.

When lightning strikes
thunder is not far behind it.
When I get close to a human being,
my emotions start to turn,
hitting the light,
just making sure you won't burn.

As time changes
so does the person that you are,
things start to get clearer,
emotions start change,
for better or worse.

Sometimes I feel
like I’ve been cursed of having feelings
that have been buried inside me.
Dignity is a choice;
you can lose it with your emotions,
or get it back.

I have never felt this way before,
this is my first time,
somebody help me.
I feel (I took out some words)trapped in a box
where I can’t breathe any oxygen.
I feel like I am losing everything,
bit by bit.

How can something feel so right (took out the word 'by' here)
yet so wrong?
How would I ever see my loved one again,
the moment that we shared
the tears that I scattered all over my face. (These last two lines don't make much sense...)

How would I get out of this?
Understand the pain,
my emotions can tell it all.
From the time I get up to the time I fall.

Ok, so I added all my edits in purple.
Other than that your flow is pretty good and the emotion is great!

Wonderful job :D

Keep writing,
