Amfliflier's Poetry

April 18th:

Sitting in my home
With nothing to do but work
I have to leave soon


Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... My writer's block is getting worse. Anyone know anybody I can see about this?

April 21th:

Diving

Ripples slowly make their way
across the calm clear water.
Bubble pop up
and water makes way.
Eyes open to take in the scene
before returning to the world above.

( my lame attempt at a poem)

April 22nd:

Cow Island
Now my most favorite place in the world
It's like I have a new life
A new one unfurled

It's a magical place
Way out there
Full of nature and adventure
And that salty ocean air

I can't wait to go back
Just have to wait 'til the summer
I can't wait that long to go back
I can already feel myself getting glummer!



I LOVE COW ISLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hehe, yeah. In case you couldn't tell, I love it out there!
And yes, I know that's a horrible rhyme at the end, but I don't care!

April 23rd:

Today the sky is crying
Making the whole world wet
I wonder why it's crying
Has it been given a threat?

Today the sky is crying
Making me want to cry too
Oh why does the sky have to cry?
And cover the ground with dew

Today the sky is crying
I'm trying to figure out why
Is it because someone you love lied?
Please just tell me, why you have to cry


I don't really know what this is about, it's raining outside, so yeah. I miss Cow Island.

April 24th:

La di da da doo
Nothing much to write about

Who holds things against me for

I've stuck to just two
Poems. Haikus and some rhymes

April 27th:

It happened it Spanish
The moment you noticed me
The moment my heart stopped
And you filled me with glee

The way you said my name
So gentle and sweet
You probably didn't notice
But my heart skipped a beat!

You still don't know
That I have feelings for you
But please, notice sometime!
So you feel the same way too.

In fact it was technology
That helped you notice me
That silly little game
That filled my computer screen

"Señora" told me, "Turn it off. It's time to study."
On the outside I said, "Of course."
But truly, deep down
I wanted to scream at her 'til I was hoarse

Because today you noticed me
For the first time
Before I was covered, so you couldn't see me
But now I've had the courage, to wipe off the grime


Yeah, it's a bad last rhyme, but it's true!
