A drop of rain sped down the windshield
as soft classic music filled the atmosphere.
stuffed toy played by an innocent hand,
the van overflowed with mirth and love.

unaware eyes darted towards the road
the rain poured down stronger than before.
the fog concealed city lights and gray sky
on the hanging rearview mirror.

soft puffs escaped his trembling lips,
whilst hands clutched on the red steering wheel,
two angels at his back, oblivious,
sharing laughter and secret murmurs

the van rotated in unexpected angles
screaching, sheerly out of control.
Screams from cars and themselves
hung in the bitter, cold air.

Headlights led not to their safety,
and bang!
that soft classic music still around,
as their eyes anticipated nothing but life-

blood emanates from their inner skin,
and the music distorted on the crumpled radio.
glass crushed and showered upon his face
and his two lovely angels in locked eyes.

The image this creates is really powerful and I loved it!
It actually reminded me of a book I read (If I Stay) that includes a car crash where the radio is still playing classical music:)
I would try to critique it but I don't think I'm skilled enough too! :P
Welldone!
