So I know there has been a story generator before, why is not here anymore, or is it and I just can't find it? I would really like a little generator to just come and think up a random short story... Anyway, if anyone knows...

It's still here! Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and under "Writing Resources" you'll see a link that says "Story Theme Generator."
