I'm terrible with this stuff, so I'm not going to say anything other than this: Stay strong, and we will all hope for the best. Remember, life keeps on, and if you fall behind it's hard to catch up. A hero isn’t defined by winning. Loads of heroes die in the effort. Most of them never get any recognition. No, a hero is just somebody who does the right thing when it would be far, far easier to do nothing.

I live in New Zealand and my five first cousins live in Christchurch, but thankfully none of them have been hurt.
There are no words to express the horror of this disaster. It's all over our news - children crushed by masonry, a man whose legs were cut off, people dying in heaps of rubble.
Our hearts are with those down in Christchurch - the dead and the living who have lost loved ones. We pray for you all.
Matthew, I don't know what to say - be strong, keep faith. We're with you in spirit.
