I liked the last stanza, but that was about it. I never understand your poetry anymore...I used to fanatically love it. But your style and writing has changed a lot, and I don't really like it anymore.

For Misty.

The poem is a tribute to painter Georgia O'Keefe.

Best,

Brad

I had rather figured that out by myself. At least I knew it was to a painter of sorts. Anyway I felt compelled to figure out WHY I don't like your poems anymore, when I used to love them. These are the ones that I love: Delyvere us fro yvel, untitled, watch me be emo and laugh because it's crap (aka for mother) devil n I got a thing going, Americana, I took you for granted, and stikkurz are for sad ppl.

At some point, your writing style changed. Maybe you use too many big words that I can't appreciate anymore, or maybe you don't make as many gruesome references to blood and gore and sex as you once did. Whatever the cause...

When we are children we seldom think of the future. This innocence leaves us free to enjoy ourselves as few adults can. The day we fret about the future is the day we leave our childhood behind.
