On the home page. Just under Leaderboards, there's a link that says: Enter Our Chat Room.

On the front page, under the Leaderboards, you should see the link Enter Our Chat Room.
Since you just joined today though, you won't be able to enter the Chat until 24 hours have passed. Until then, you can go check out the Lit forums and do a bit of reading and reviewing.
Reviews need to be 250 characters to count, so try and include why you liked or disliked something in your reviews. There's a handy little Review Checklist at the side of the Quick Reply box that you can use to help you write helpful reviews.
