Ah, 'tis the season...and with it comes the slew of classic (and perhaps not-so-classic) movies on TV. So, which one's your favorite?

Mine would be Elf, hands down. "The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!" :D

Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer, love this cartoon and it has great songs too :D.
You poor take courage
You rich take care
This earth was made a common treasury
For everyone to share
All things in common
All people one
We come in peace
The orders came to cut them down

Mine would be The Polar Express. I know that grown ups are the ones who are supposed to see its meaning and feel it... but it's just so sad.

PS. If you decide to do a thred that it asks the contrary "Worst Holiday Movie" that is just too plain easy for me...

ABC Family's original holiday movies--Holiday in Handcuffs, Christmas Cupid, The Dog Who Saved Christmas. I got to tell you that those movies suck... BIG time!
Scipio: Do you know what happens here after dark? Things little eyes should never, ever see.
Bo: We're not scared.
Scipio: Not scared? Well, aren't you the little tiger? RAWR!

A Christmas Story.
"You'll shoot your eye out!"

Best. Christmas movie. Ever.
Star light; star bright,
It is time to take flight.
Off I go through the dark of night.
All my hopes and dreams in sight.

I absolutely love the Home Alone series of movies; they've always been my favorite to watch whilst cuddling up in my pajamas and munching on steaming gingerbread cookies. On the other hand, I also enjoy the Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer movie, and the Santa Clause movies. I enjoy many Christmas movies, though, so it's hard to choose.

Gosh, you know I'm not even sure which movie is my favourite Christmas one. Either National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation or It's a Wonderful Life. One is hilarious and the other a classic. Cannot go wrong with either one :D

Add White Christmas to this list. It's what a Christmas movie should be like :).

Um, wow...it's kind of sad how many of these movies I've never heard of/seen.

I've got to say Home Alone too! (the first and the second)

I haven't actually even seen many Christmas movies. I've seen Love Actually.

Love Actually :D Although Miracle on 34th Street comes pretty close, and the Christmas movie of Beauty and the Beast, I used to love that...
