Christmas

Christmas Is here,
All the lights, all the bells.
Sales in shops,
and toys all around.

Gifts under the tree,
The angel ontop.
Nativity scenes,
And the bonbons go pop.

Such a wonderful time,
and a busy one too.
With cards in my hand,
Merry christmas to you!

Wow, very good, it was simple but it made it effective (ok, I admit it - i don't know wether it's an e or an a but...).

A nice and simple poem that reminds us of the joys and splendours of our (my) favourite time of the year! I like it!

It's a lovely poem and is bound to get everyone in the Christmas spirit. I totally agree with the poem
and have no problems with it. There are a few minor mistakes that tinkembell pointed out but apart
from those small mistakes I don't think you did anything wrong with this poem. It's great to read and
it does highlight the favorite parts of Christmas. Well done this is a great poem and you should keep
writing these kinds of poems because you did a great job of this one. Something else I forgot to add
at the start was that I really liked the way you rhymed the verses but in the first verse I couldn't see
any rhyming at all. Was that intentional or did you make a mistake with that particular verse???
Anyway Well done and keep writing

it is a very good poem though
