Kirsty sat on the sofa, her mum had her head back with a facial mask on and her iPod earphones in. Kirsty's mobile was twitching in her hands as she waited for Max to text. He seemed off a lot lately, ever since she'd become friends with Rob. Kirsty decided to change the subject on her mind
"Mum?" no answer came
"Mum" Kirsty raised her voice a bit; her mum slowly opened one of her eyes
"Yeah?" she murmured
"There’s Annabelle's Christmas party coming up and-"
"In November?" both of her earphones were out
"Okay early Christmas party, can i go?" Kirsty asked sitting up on the sofa, her brunet hair tumbled over her shoulders, and her blue eyes shined with excitement
"Yeah, i suppose I’ll see if your dad can pick you up"
"Isn't dad in Ohio with Katy?” Kirsty said Katy in a funny way as her mum didn't think much of Kirsty's dad's new girlfriend
"Oh. I forgot! Okay Max could take you home ... he is going isn't he?"
"No" Kirsty shook her head sucking in her lips
"I'll ask Mary to pick you up" and her mum closed her eyes again
"Mum its fine I’ll walk it's not that far" Kirsty's mum just nodded and the earphone went back in. There came a dim sound and Kirsty thought it was her mum's music but her phone was lighting up. She practically jumped on it and flicked open her phone, it was only Rob and Kirsty threw her phone away in anger and then she felt bad and answered to her text
'Going town on Saturday, do you wanna go? x x' she replied back with a
'Dunno' and stalked up to her room.
Kirsty sat crossed legged on her bed staring at her phone urging it to ring; every little beep and she would spring on to it. She was playing a waiting game but she knew fully well Max wouldn't call, he would probably b in his room staring at his phone telling him self to grow some balls and call her. But he wasn't the chasing type, Kirsty knew him well ever since they were four, but he had changed in the last year being more moody then happy and Kirsty couldn't put her finger on it. She finally gave in and dialled Max's number it rang twice and he picked up
"Yeah?" he panted
"Hey ... are you alright?" Kirsty asked
"Yeah just doing ... push ups" he panted and Kirsty burst out laughing
"What?" Max asked
"Sorry i juts can't imagine [i]you[i] doing push ups" Kirsty held down her urge to laugh
"Did you call for something?" Max snapped, Kirsty was taken back
"Just seeing if you and I are fine, you seem off all the time now"
"Yeah I’m fine but I have to go see you tomorrow" and the phone line went dead.

Hey Charlii,
I liked this. There were a few grammar mistakes you kept repeating like:

Kirsty sat on the sofa, her mum had her head back with a facial mask on and her iPod earphones in. Kirsty's mobile was twitching in her hands as she waited for Max to text.

Kirsty say on the sofa is one sentence. Her mum had her head back is another. You can't have those two together without a conjunction. You have to have a period, a semicolon, or a conjunction. A comma won't do. I used to make the same mistake.

A lot of your I's aren't capatalized, but some are. I would read it over again. That isn't the only typo in here.

Watch your punctuation you forget periods every now and then.

"Oh. I forgot! Okay Max could take you home ... he is going isn't he?"

This is a small thing, and it might be a typo. After the ellipse he needs to be capitalized. I wasn't sure if you had meant to capitalize that or not.

"I'll ask Mary to pick you up" and her mum closed her eyes again

You need a comma after up and a verb of some kind like, "I'll...up," her mum replied and closed her eyes again. Since it's up here, you forgot to put a period after this sentence.

She practically jumped on it and flicked open her phone, it was only Rob and Kirsty threw her phone away in anger and then she felt bad and answered to her text

Here's another run on sentence at the beginning. Also, if you have two dependant clauses in one sentence like:
It was only Rob and Kirsty threw her phone away in anger

You would have a comma before the cunjunction.
The second part of the first sentence has too many conjunctions. Grammatically it is correct, but it's too lengthy. I would put a period somewhere.

'Going town on Saturday, do you wanna go? x x' she replied back with a
'Dunno' and stalked up to her room

The texts are a little confusing. I think you can do what you're doing, and it will still be technically correct but in the word before Rob's text, which happens to be text, you need to put a comma. Maybe, to make a larger distinction, put the texts in italics.

"No" Kirsty shook her head sucking in her lips

You don't seem to have any punctuation after dialouge unless it's a question. You at least need a comma. If you don't have a "she said" or whatever afterwards you need to end it with a period inside the quotation marks.

Mainly the only problems I had were grammatical ones, but the conversation between Max and Kristie was abrupt.
I think you need to build up the characters a little more.

If you need a review for the next part just PM me.

I thought it was well written and enjoyed reading it, even if theres not much going on yet. :P
Anyways, you write so that its easy to know what the character is feeling, without actually saying: She felt...
You know what I mean?
