Wish Upon

I found this sitting in my iPod notes... It's horrible, and choppy, from when my friend and I were having a love poem contest (We were bored). Sad, though, that the first thing I post here is so... blech. xD
Here goes...

Wish Upon

A shooting star,
Brightly streaking through the night,
Dazzling, brightening,
All who can see.

Make a wish,
Upon the star,
Wish for life, for love,
For impossible gifts.

For power, for light,
To blend in,
With the darkness.
But all I wish for, on this foggy night,
My sole wish,
Is for You.

Dove wrote:A shooting star,

Should we try "All who can stare"?

But all I wish for, on this foggy night,
My sole wish,
Is for You.

Wish is repeated twice.
let me see...
"But on this foggy night,
My foremost wish
is for you"
This is my first review on poetry, so it might not be good.

This was really good for coming up last minute (at least from what I read at the beginning). Keep writing.
