This is my first piece that I've put online in quite some time, and I'm nervous as to what everyone will think of it. I'm happy with it, though, so I guess in the end that's what matters. And not to cause distress, but I have also posted this story on Wattpad, so no, it is not plagiarised.

Chapter One:

I gave my mom a final hug as the bus pulled into the parking lot. A tear slid down her face and I wiped it away. "Mom, it's just for a month. And you can come and visit on the weekends." I told her. She always got emotional when I left for summer camp.

"Oh, I know sweetie. You've just never been gone for so long. And the house'll be too quiet without you."

"You'll have dad there," I put my bags in the luggage compartment under the bus and brushed a hand through my hair. "Bye mom," I waved to her before I turned and stepped on the bus.

"Goodbye Faithe!" She waved and opened the car door, "call me if you need anything."

"I will." I slowly walked up the steps and looked around for familiar faces. When I didn't find any, I took an empty seat at the very back of the bus. I put my purse on the seat beside me and dug out my iPod. I put my headphones in my ears and blasted the music. I watched the cars pass and tried to keep my thoughts away from Blaine, the boy I was secretly in love with and had been for three years. The boy who continuously and unknowingly broke my heart every time he spoke to me. I tried to keep my mind distracted so I wouldn't think of his mesmerizing sea green eyes and his charming smile. His perfectly sculpted six pack and his short, cute hair. I doubt he's coming, I thought to myself, he doesn't care about our promise.

The summer Blaine and I first met we made a promise to come back to summer camp every year until we were too old. This year was our second last year, and the only way we could come was if we were camp counselors.

I was pulled back to reality as I felt the bus slow down and come to a stop. The doors opened and a few more counselors came on. I looked out the window and noticed that this was Blaine's stop, but he wasn't here. I felt close to tears as I realized he had broken our promise. I felt a tear slide down my cheek and I quickly brushed it away, hoping no one saw.

"Why the long face?" I looked up and laughed. His voice was deeper than I remembered, and he was cuter.

"I thought you forgot about our promise." I put my purse on the floor in front of my feet and made room for Blaine. I pulled my headphones from my ears and put my iPod away. He sat down, placing his bags at his feet and looked me over before giving me one of his big hugs.

"Of course I wouldn't do that." He pulled away and I blushed. "You look great by the way." He smiled and looked out the window. "So how's life?"

"I look like I always do: short, with messy hair, no make-up and flat as a board." No exaggerations, really. I had no chest whatsoever. And I didn't really care because I wasn't forced to wear a bra like all the other girls. "But you look great. It's alright so far. I got accepted into UCLA, so I'll be going to Cali in the fall. How about you?"

"You always look amazing, no matter what. You could wear a paper bag and I would still think so." I blushed. Blaine always made a point to tell me I was beautiful. I believed him to some extent and I would believe him more if I had actually been asked out on a date during high school. "Both Amber and I got accepted into UCLA and the University of Washington. We aren't sure which one we'll be attending. I definitely think we'll be going to UCLA now, though. She'll be stoked to finally meet you." I faked a smile. His girlfriend, of course; he was in love with her. They had every right to go to university together.

"That's great," I tried to fake my enthusiasm, but it wasn't easy. It seemed to fool Blaine though. "I can't wait to meet her."

"She might come up on the weekend, she wanted to come see the place where I spent my summer as a kid. Plus, she wanted to see you. I've probably bored her to tears telling her about you." Blaine told Amber about me?

"What did you tell her about me?" I looked out the window, pretending not to be too interested.

"Everything," Blaine's arm went around my shoulder and I leaned into him slighty. His scent was intoxicating.
"I bet she won't like me."

"Why would you think that?" Because I'm in love with her boyfriend, I wanted to say, girls can sense these things. I turned to face him and sighed. Amusement showed in his beautiful eyes and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Because she sounds like this amazing, friendly, popular, pretty girl and I'm just..." I shrugged, "I'm just a tomboy. I don't wear make-up, I don't spend hours on my hair, and I don't have a lot of friends." I thought back to the lunch hours that I spent in the school library studying and sighed.

"I don't care if she doesn't like you. She doesn't know you, I do. She isn't your best friend, I am. And those things don't bother, nor interest me. I like you the way you are." He leaned in and for a second I thought he was going to kiss me. And he did; on my forehead.

"Thanks," I laughed. I wanted him to kiss me, and I wanted him to forget about Amber and go with me to university. I wanted him to love me. "So you like it that I act like one of the guys, then?"

"Yes." He laughed. "But you aren't one of the guys."

"Then what am I Blaine?" I leaned away from him and studied his face. It showed only amusement. This was almost an ongoing conversation between us.

"You are you; a smart and beautiful woman who any guy would be lucky to have."

"But no guy wants," I added.

"How can any guy not want you? If I didn't have a girlfriend that I loved, I'd want you." He broke my heart again. I looked at him and fought the tears. If he wasn't with Amber, he'd be with some other girl, not me. Never me.

"Well, the guy I like doesn't seem to see all those things. He doesn't notice me." I looked out the window. The bus was on the dirt road that lead to Camp Squeah.

"Than he isn't worth it if he can't see how amazing you are." I wanted him to stop breaking my heart with all of his compliments.

"He is worth it," I whispered as a tear slid down my cheek. He wiped it away.

"Who is this guy? I'm going to kick his ass." I laughed.

"You can't beat him up, Blaine."

"I'm sure I could," he flexed his muscles and I laughed. "I'm as strong as Superman.

"I have to admit, it would be pretty funny to watch you try."

"Don't mock me and my Superman strengths."

"You're making it impossible not to, Blaine." I laughed and looked around the bus.

"Alright, make fun. But seriously, who is this guy?" I looked at him and shook my head.

"I can't tell you. It's a secret."

"Best friends don't keep secrets from each other."

"Well, I'm sorry, but I am keeping this one," I looked out the window and told myself not to cry. I squealed as I felt his hands squeeze my waist. "Blaine, please don't tickle me!" I burst into frantic fits of laughter as he began to tickle me all over. "Blaine! No! I'm going to--" felt warmth between my legs and I felt my cheeks redden. He pulled away and stared between my legs. A tear of embarrassment slid down my cheek and I looked at the ground, mortified. "Sorry." I whispered quietly.

"You...peed." He edged away from me.

"Thanks for the update, Blaine." I said, almost too quiet for him to hear.

"I'm sorry. I should have stopped when you told me to."

"It isn't your fault. You didn't know that would happen." I was starting to get uncomfortable and I wanted to peel off my sweat capris. I kept my gaze on the floor, folded my hands on my lap and tried not to cry. "I'm the one who should be sorry."

We sat in silence the rest of the way. My face was damp with tears, and my cheeks bright red with embarrassment. The bus pulled into the camp parking lot. "Here," Blaine offered me his black bunny hug and I took it, my eyes still on the floor.

"Thanks," I whispered and stood up, wrapping it around my waist. I grabbed my things and followed him off the bus. I grabbed my suitcase and looked around for Blaine, who was probably as far away from me as possible, but instead he was behind me. I felt my face flush and smiled awkwardly.

"I'm not mad or anything. A little weirded out, maybe, but not much," he returned my smile and took both his suitcase and mine.

"Blaine! Faithe," A male voice called and I spun around to see Mr Turing, the camp manager with his clipboard. "Nice to see you two back this year! You'll both be sharing Cabin C this week." He handed me two keys and I thanked him. I handed Blaine his key and told him I was going to go change. I took my suitcase from him and walked quickly to our cabin. I peeled off my pants as soon as I shut the door. I was going through my bag looking for a pair of sweats when the door opened. I stood up and turned around, forgetting that I was half naked. Blaine stopped and looked at my bottom half.

"Shit, I'm sorry Faithe." I saw the direction of his gaze looked down. I was shocked to see my hairless pussy. I quickly covered up and apologized. "I should've knocked, sorry." I looked down at his crotch and saw a very noticeable bulge. I giggled and removed my hands. I let him stare at me as I pulled on panties and jean short-shorts. I didn't know what caused the sudden burst of courage and I wasn't sure I liked it. "Faithe..."

"It's okay," I gathered my dirty pants and his bunny hug and headed out of the cabin towards the main house. Blaine followed silently and watched as I put the clothes in the washing machine and turned it on.

"Faithe, why did you do that?" I looked up and blushed.

"Do what?" I asked, as if I was innocent.

"Show...uncover...oh, you know what you did, Faithe." I took a deep breath and looked down at my feet.

"Because I saw your reaction when you walked in," I pointed to his crotch and gasped when I saw that the bulge hadn't gone away.

"So you wanted me to get hard."

"I...no...I don't know." I bit my lip and pulled myself up to sit on the washing machine.

"Faithe?" I looked at him and blushed. I was playing over the scene in my head and wishing I hadn't acted the way I had. "Am I the guy that you like?" He took my hands in his and looked deeply into my eyes. I shut them and groaned. I heard him laugh and I wanted to die. I opened my eyes slowly and he was still staring intently at my face. I leaned in slowly as I looked into his eyes, hoping, wishing that they showed his feelings for me. I saw a flash of something and slowly pressed my lips to his. I pulled away and saw his cheeks redden. "Am I?" I nodded and let go of his hands. I felt tears brim and I let them fall. "Faithe, stop crying." I wiped my tears away and laughed quietly.

"I can switch cabins if you want." I said quietly. He shook his head.

"I don't want that. You're my best friend." He took my hands in his and helped me off of the washing machine. "I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought about you that way..." Blaine whispered in my ear and I blushed. I looked up at his face and he was looking at mine. I saw him lean towards me and felt his breath on my face. I went up on my tiptoes and pressed my lips gently to his. He pushed me against a wall and his mouth devoured mine, his tongue explored and I let him take what he wanted. I'd have told him anything, done anything. He pulled away leaving me breathless and wanting more. I was taking deep breaths, trying to keep myself calm. A smile spread across my face. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that." He stepped away and I stared at him, hurt. My smile went away and I opened my mouth to speak but shut it again, realizing I had nothing to say. "Let's just forget that happened." I shook my head.

"No, I don't want to. I liked it." I stood against the wall, waiting, fearing his reply.

"Faithe, I have a girlfriend. I won't cheat on her, and I cannot let this go any further." My heart broke for the millionth time. The pieces were continuously getting smaller and harder to fix, no matter how hard I tried. "I'm sorry if you thought, or want different." I wanted to cry, but because I knew it wouldn't help I didn't. I just nodded.

"I'm sorry for kissing you to begin with. It was obviously a mistake." I walked around him and ran out of the house. I didn't look to see if he was behind me. Tears were threatening to fall. I ran to the girls' washrooms and locked myself in the stall farthest from the entrance. I let the tears fall silently and wished things could be different.

"Faithe, are you in here?" I heard Blaine call, and my tears stopped. "Faithe?"

"Yes," I called back. I wiped my face and unlocked the stall. I went to the sink and splashed water on my face and quickly dried it off. I walked out and gave Blaine a weak smile.

"Are you alright?" He caught my arm and pulled me to face him. I nodded. "I don't believe you."

"Than why'd you ask?" I said, harsher than I meant to. "Sorry."

"Because I don't want you to hate me."

"I could never hate you, Blaine. Never." I wanted to tell him, but I couldn't do it. It was something I'd practiced saying over and over but never had toe courage to tell him to his face.

"Than what is it? Why do you kiss me one moment, and run off crying the next?" Because you'll never be mine, you'll never love me. You'll never hold me in your arms and tell me you love me. "What is it, Faithe?"

"It's nothing." I looked at the ground but Blaine's hand brought my chin up.

"It is something, and I would like to know what."

"I don't want to forget what happened, I won't forget it. I wanted it never to stop, and I'm sorry if that puts a strain on our friendship but I can't help it, Blaine. I love you." I clamped a hand over my mouth but it was too late. His hand fell to his side and his face hardened.

"Oh."

"I'm sorry if this puts us in an awkward place, now. I'm sorry." I turned to walk away, but he caught my arm again. I turned around and his mouth was on mine. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled myself closer. Blaine put his hands on my hips and lifted me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist and moaned as I felt his erection press against me. Blaine pulled away and I sighed. "I'm sorry."

"Stop apologizing." He dropped me down and pulled me towards our cabin.

"No." I said, stopping. "I will not sleep with you, Blaine."

"I'm not asking you to, we need to talk." I started to walk again, my heart pounding frantically in my chest.

"So?" I demanded as soon as the cabin door was shut and locked behind us.

"Faithe, why did you tell me you loved me?"

"I didn't mean to, it slipped out. Sorry."

"But you meant it?" I nodded. "How long have you...felt that way about me?"

"Three years." I sat on my bed and looked at the floor. Blaine came up to me and lifted my face with his hand. He kneeled down in front of me and smiled.

"I'm not going to hate you, and I'm not going to stop being your friend." I blushed and felt myself wanting to kiss him. I leaned forward and than jerked my head back. Blaine brought his lips to mine and I pulled him onto the bed, onto me. I pulled away, inhaling quickly.

"If you want me to get over you, you can't kiss me."

"I didn't say that's what I wanted, Faithe." His mouth was on mine again and I didn't fight back. I would have all the time I wanted with him, and deal with the heartbreak after. I kissed him back and pulled him on top of me. His hands pulled up my shirt and we broke the kiss long enough for it to be pulled over my head and tossed to the floor. I felt his fingers trailing up my stomach and moaned as they began to lightly twist my nipples. I pulled his shirt up and we broke the kiss again, just long enough to pull his shirt off. My hands roamed his chest, skimming his abs and wrapping around his back, pulling him closer. His hands were at my shorts and I froze. I pulled my mouth from his and I let him go. I brushed the hair from my face and sighed.

"I'm a virgin, Blaine."

"I'll be gentle," he whispered. I shook my head.

"I can't sleep with you. You have a girlfriend. You love her."

"Dammit, I don't love her." His mouth was on mine and I pulled away again. "Why are you torturing me?"

"I'm sorry if you think that that is what I am doing, but it isn't."

"It is, because I love you. I love you, Faithe. I'll say it a thousand times if you want. I love you, I love you, I love you." I smiled, than I realized that he was probably just saying that to get in my pants. I shook my head.

"I don't believe you."

"What do I have to do to make you believe me?"

"Break up with Amber." I saw him flinch, just for a second. And I pushed him off me and and pulled on my shirt.

"I can't do that, Faithe."

"Because you love her."

"No, because she's carrying my child." I tried to breathe, but I couldn't pull the oxygen into my lungs. I got dizzy and I felt my head hit the wood floor before I blanked out.

Wow! Total shocker here at the end! I would have never expected that. I loved the story. Wow, I'm still shocked at what just happened. The only thing I can tell you to fix is to add commas before a conjunction(think of FANBOYS).
Loved it! I hope to read more of this story

Hey! I totally loved your story. Like everyone said, awesome twist!

:?: would a guy and a girl really get placed in a cabin together?
 You should make the time that she is on the bus alone longer; maybe she should get on early in the morning and he gets on after lunch or something. I think that if they are so close to each other, then why won't she drive over to him?
:D You have a really good writing style. Keep going & pm me when you post the next chapter!!!

Yeah, and FANBOYS join to sentences.
Ex: Jon enjoys going to the movies. Anna likes going to the mall.
Jon enjoys going to the movies, and Anna likes going to the mall.
the "and" is the the a in FaNBOYS.
