Um, okay. This is all slashed out. Did you hit the button by accident or what? Nevertheless, I'm no wimp. I'll review this for ya.

Ugh, it's a huge chunk of text. It's really intimidating for the reader to look at. And this is poetry, aren't you supposed to make separate lines? I'm going to try to break this up for you, just to give an idea for what it should look like. My comments are in blue.

How could I know that a human being could give me such a big feeling. This is a question, so you should use a question mark.
How could I know that your breath will mean for me everything.
Oh dear, your biggest wealth is your beauty.
Your splendor become the ink of my poetry.
Your optimism shines on your face.
I don't have the honor for being to one who can give you a brace.
But I've got the right to admire your dazzling smile.

All that brightness is making so ill.
Oh dear Love, you're the perfect view for my eyes.
Queen of all the skies.
Your sweetness showed me that heaven is possible in this world.

Because the way you smile is inexplicable.
It’s your eyes that I remain faithful.
It’s of your kindness that I will never get tired.
You're the dream that I have never acquired but that I have admired.

You are the dream of a life.
The wish that is the most rife.
The impossible that everyone wants to see it become possible.

If my heart could talk he wouldn't stop to talk about you.
Every heartbeat will mean that I love you.
You are still a huge mystery.
But I am still sure nothing of the truth will deceive me.

When it comes to you, my dear there's no doubts.” I do not understand why there was a set of quotation marks here.
Murder of my sadness.
Mother of my happiness.

All those words are made of gold because they've been inspired by her.
Of all those perfumes it's her smell that I prefer.
So gorgeous. So precious.

If I could have her she will be the most biggest pride I own.
But all that love for her will stay unknown.
No reason to tell her the truth.
The last thing I want to be with her is uncouth.
Her gestures are the reincarnation of the gentleness.
Her tears will make me breathless.
So precious. So gorgeous.

She's the forbidden fruit.
Everything about her makes me mute.
The most beautiful melody is her voice.
Her laugh makes me rejoice.
Her look is priceless.

She's the light that illuminates the darkness.
Among all the stars she is the most sparkling.
It's when I see her desperate that I feel like dying.
I've met an angel without his wings and halo.
She has been for a lifetime my hero.
So speechless when I see her.
She made of me a dreamer.
Dreaming of her.
Best feeling ever.

I try to guess the touch of her hands and lips.
What I am sure is that she's the goddess of the kiss.
When it comes to her I would climb to highest mountain.
I would make sun instead of rain.
I would show her the pleasures of love.
I would make everything hard dove.
I would bring more sparks in her eyes that there already are.
Love would be the most beautiful war.

The hours of pain were nothing in front of loving.
The tears were nothing compared to the drowning of feelings in my heart.
The end was nothing compared to the start.
Loving you have been a present of the life.
Getting over you was maybe one of the hardest strife.
But really nothing compared to the shivers.

The collapse was nothing compared to touch of the clouds.
Her presence makes me so self sure in front of that crowds.

I've been writing that poem in the name of her.
In the name of all the questions without any answers.
Nothing.

Okay, this is quite beautiful- and long. Whoo-wee that took me a long time to separate the paragraphs. xD
I can see the emotion of the writer here. But the structure is inconsistent. At the start, everything rhymes, then towards the middle it doesn't. And then at the end it rhymes again. I get that it's the writer speaking in the rhyming parts, but I don't really get it.
Oh and another thing. You don't have to end every line with a period. You can use commas or even nothing at all. I'm no poetry expert, so I'm not sure if nothing at all works.
