Hey, this poem is about my dog who died today, so If you don't like it, I honestly don't care as this is just a way for me to vent. Thanks

You get instructions to deal with stress,
or how to run a PC.
Their is a manual for a toaster,
a kettle and a fridge.
Why has no-one written a manual on
how to deal with death.
It hit my like car crash
and broke all my insides.
I'd check to see if I was bleeding
but I know that I'd just cry.
I am constantly swimming,
in a sea of tears.
You used to always be there
to chase away my fears.
Around my wrist
I have your collar.
On which it says your name.
I will miss you forever
mister Max and it will
never be the same.
They said you were so nasty,
so naughty and so bad.
But you stick by me
and you never got me mad.
They gave you a needle
straight into your neck.
You fell right into a sleep,
and your heart stopped right there.
I need an instruction manual,
on how to deal with death.
No-one will ever come close,
you were much more than just my pet.
