The confusion is taking me but I don’t know why
I keep trying but you keep pushing me away
What the hell is wrong with you
Can’t you see what you’re giving up

I tried to talk but it just won’t work
No, nothing will unless you’re willing to listen
Why has caused you to do this to your friends
Why do you keep pushing us away

I tried to talk but you won’t listen
I tried to go but you just walked away
I wanna help you out with your problems
I just wanna be your friend again
You’re like a broken flower
A beautiful thing dying

When will you learn that you’re not always alone
It’s hard to believe but it’s true
The world may change but I’ll still be the same
We’ll all still be here to go to your side

I tried to talk but you won’t listen
I tried to go but you just walked away
I wanna help you out with your problems
I just wanna be your friend again
You’re like a broken flower
A beautiful thing dying

I hope some day you learn that it’s better
To face your problems then trying to run away
It’s a hard lesson to learn but you will
Until then I guess I’ll just keep trying

I tried to talk but you won’t listen
I tried to go but you just walked away
I wanna help you out with your problems
I just wanna be your friend again
You’re like a broken flower
A beautiful thing dying

First thing before reading this is to say that there is a forum for lyrics.

Why has caused you to do this to your friends
For this line you should probably change that 'why' to a 'what.'

I tried to go but you just walked away
If you're trying to get this punk back, why are you going? this line doesn't make a heck of a lot of sense.

To face your problems then trying to run away
The 'then' in this line should be 'than.'

Hope that helps, even a little bit.
Shakespearian tongue-twister:

To sit in solemn silence
In a dark, dank dock
In a pestilential prison
With a lifelong lock;
Awaiting the sensation
Of a short, sharp shock
Of a cheap, chippy chopper
On a big black block.

Yes, there is a forum for lyrics. This certainly does not belong in Dramatic Poetry. All the lyrics in this song talks about is trying to get away from a certain someone, but then I look at both a few lines and the title and it says quite the opposite! Maybe you should work on not confusing the readers before you publish this song. Keep writing!
