My mother

An ordinary housewife, my mother leads no different lifestyles from other mothers in this world. However, she is the best woman I have ever seen in this whole world. Firstly, not only does she look after us children at home, but she also works as a part-time nurse in our local hospital. She is a very affable kind of person anyone just wants to befriend with even at a first glance. In her simple outfit and with perpetual smile on her face, she is well-liked by all the patients and her counterparts. What is more interesting is that nothing seems to wear down her indefatigable zeal; despite working and tending 90 percent of the household chores, she never grunts or complains about them at all. Instead, she hums sweetly to herself while cooking, moves around the house gracefully and wears that endearing smile all day. To me, she is the most effective person who can multi-task professionally. Secondly, after the hard day's work both at the her workplace and at home, my mother will always come to us children and inquire about what has happened during the day at our school and more. She really cares for us as she always cheers us up when we are down or praises us for even the smallest achievements we have done during the day. Up to now, she never scolds us even once; all she does to us when we do something wrong is only inquiring about why we did it and asking our opinion on how we can solve the problem - in such a calm and pleasant manner. Finally, whenever she has time, she will definitely teach us many good life lessons including cooking, how to decorate the house or clean up the mess in a shortest possible time and vegetable planting. She is well-known in the neighborhood for her broad knowledge about planting various vegetable. My brother and I always look forward to the planting sessions, especially at the weekend as we know that is the only time she can withdraw herself from her busy life. What we enjoy about this lesson is when we see that our vegetable grows and when we can cook our own vegetable for our family. It serves as a kind of bonding between every member and we learn useful skills at the same time. I am indeed very proud to have such a perfect mother.

Hello there and welcome to YWS! :)

Well, I will second that! Moms are just great. The first thing that struck me was this one big blob of words. I know you are talking about the same thing through out which is your mom, but some paragraphing won't hurt. I also think that your punctuation was a problem at some points because you have a tendency of placing commas where a full stop could have done the job. Everything is not all bad though, this is a very touching piece. It's nice to see some appreciation once in a while ;)

Looking forward to seeing more of your work posted here. Keep writing.

I am thrilled to know that you took your time to give me such an invaluable and encouraging comment in my very first writing. Writing has always been fascinating me although I do not know how good I am up to now. Now, I have the chance to expose my skill so that at least I can get feedback from those people like you who are more professional in this area. I sincerely thank you for the encouragement.

Hello, Kosal.

Kudos on posting this. Finially, someone is giving a shout out to hard working moms everywhere. This is well written save for a few minor mistakes, but the whole one paragraph thing looks cluttered. Try breaking this up so it looks more spaced out. Your mom seems really nice. Well, there's not much else to say.
