Secrets drift
Like twigs in a river
For almost anyone to give
But never to take
My hidden sister lives by a lake
Picking flowers that never exist
My house lives on air
Floating above the oblivious
I’m secretly bald
To those who are ignorant
My soda is diet
My sugar is Splenda
I pretend to recycle
Then toss my bottles in the dirt
My body floats
So full of helium and hot air
In the attic lurks a manservant
burying my friends in graves
My hands are those of a Willing Killer
Suffocating dreams watching them with wither
My Rainbows are your Thunderstorms
Doom and gloom mixed with cheer
My secrets drift but never disappear.
