Alright...I hate to admit it but I have practically fallen in love with a book. Yes, guys I am admitting I am very very VERY fond of “Cirque du Freak”! And when I mean fond I don’t mean, “Ooooh this is a nice book, I might read it again some time...” No! I mean “OMG does that have to do with Darren Shan and his saga in some way?”, “Why yes it does!”, “Great! Lay a hand on it bitch and I swear you’ll be cut in too many pieces before you can even blink!” That people is what I mean by obsessed. So as I was saying...flick back to the point right now before I start explaining more of my unfathomable love for the series..... I want to write a story book with that exact type of plot and see how far that goes!

Plot:

Cirque du Freak has come to town... in secret!
Flyers with intricate design explaining the night have been handed out to people who see trust worthy, telling the tale of a group of freaks of all nature from a hairy wolf man to a very slivery snake boy.

This “exclusive group” travel across the world showing off their special array of characters. The circus is held in a place far off from town. A place where it was rumoured a boy fell to his death.

You would think this is going to be a day of fun, right? An event in which you play under the police’s nose for a spot of merriment and enjoyment, well you’re wrong...dead wrong.

Mr Crespley has brang a plague of vampires about him in search for a safe place.
The vampaneze don’t agree with this choice as kindly. Attacking the event, the whole circus is thrown in to peril as the ancient feud...

Your role:

You are one of the unlucky people to have not escaped the large fight.
Being pulled away from your old life you are left with the choice to join the vampaneze in the hunt for vampires or become a vampire assistant protecting the full vampires from their enemies.


Vampaneze

Vampaneze have purple skin and red eyes as a result of drinking lots of blood. They are usually as sane as Vampires and fight with honor, just like them. They hate leadership but will accept it if it means the end of them although they do it grudgingly. A vampaneze must always tell the truth. Half Vampaneze do not have the same powers as full Vampaneze. They can not flit and can not heal wounds with saliva. They also do not get purple skin and red eyes until they have drunken a lot of blood so new Vampaneze are generally normal

Ooh, ooh, this looks fun.

Name: Alyssa
Age: late teens/early 20s
Gender: Female
Appearance: Alyssa is an albino. She has paper-white skin, matching hair, and blood red eyes. She's extremely thin, almost unhealthily so, and is actually quite beautiful if you don't mind the strangeness.
History: Was abused by her father until she was seven. When she was seven he abandoned her in a city to fend for herself. The people of that city treated her worse than they treated strays. When she found out about the show she begged to be taken in. This was only a few days ago.
Side: With Cirque Du Freak.
Personality: Quiet, and very afraid to approach people. Because of her looks and past experiences after showing her face to people she wears hoods a lot. She also has the lowest self-esteem in the history of people with low self-esteem, and a few months ago she actually began to cut her wrists.
Vice: I'm not sure what this means.
Other: Up for love, can turn invisible at will, but she doesn't like doing it for reasons that should be revealed later. If you REALLY want to know PM me.

Vice is like a bad habit or something that irks them. (Something they don't like but can't help doing or disliking.)

Oh, and a question; is Cirque Du Freak the vampires?

Cirque du Freak is just a freak show that Mr. Crepsley worked at as a cover of sorts. He and Darren are the only vamps there.Unless you count Mr. Tiny.

Oh, cool. I think I'll be a vampire's assistant... The vampaneze do not sound like fun. :\

History: She was always a bit rebellious, and had always wanted to see a freak show. She was turned into a half vampire while she was there, but immediately developed an addiction to blood. Therefore,she is rather torn between sides.
Side: cirque, but kind of torn...
Personality: She has a rather dark mind, but is nice enough one you get to know her. She hates being controlled.
Vice: vice... vice.... what's a vice? Oh! A bad habit that irks them, you say? Well, drinking too much blood, for one... and she really dislikes people in general, so she doesn't have many friends... I guess she kinda wants friends...

Appearance: Rose has light brown hair, greenish-brown eyes and is always wearing jeans and a peasant top. She also wears high heeled boots.

History: Roshan ran away from home at the age of 15. She found her way to town and has been staying at a local half-way house. She has no brothers and only one sister who died just before she ran away.

Side: Cirque Du Freak.

Personality: Seemingly cold and calm on the surface, Roshan has a bit of a firey temper and an attitude problem once you get to know her.

Vice: Roshan has a problem with her pride and a small problem with drinking.

Other: Roshan doesn't like the Vampaneze at all.

Have we forgotten all about this? Or has it just died and no one told anyone?

Has Daisy even been on recently? I didn't forget it either. It really does sound like fun...
