Forbiden Love

my new story idea:
Prince Liam is looking for something maybe even some one. Then Lizzy comes out of the blue ad Liam stops searching. What happens when these two teens fall in...love? And what if their parents find out? Will they let these two very different teens see each other?

Preview: "My father wants me to stay away from you," Liam said, "I don't want that to happen" Lizzy had wet salty tears rolling down her cheeks, she had been waiting for this day and now it had come, she was too sad to explain how she felt.

well, firstly, there is a forum specially made for these posts so that they don't clutter the main forums.

and, as far as the idea goes, its been done before. totally cliché and unoriginal. so, my advice to you is work through the ideas you have, do some research and try your best to make it your own.

by all means, write it if you really want to! no one is stopping you, just know that it won't go very far if it remains as it is now.

I completely agree with Zoey,, this reminds me of Love Story by Taylor Swift and Romeo and Juliette and a whole bunch of other stories. It's an EXTREMELY over-played subject...try to make it more you ! Add different twists to the story, give us more to work with beacuse no reader likes to be able to accuretly predict the entire story and with this I can. Still it could work if you add some personality to it

I agree with Jas and Zoey this idea is greatly overused. Also, it might be an idea to move this to the disscussion forum because you will get more of a response in there. The thing is when I say the idea is over-used what I really mean is that we, as readers, don't want to read something which basically we have already read. Please add a few twists and plot hooks and PM me with your ideas and I will tell you what I think. Just make it original

Heres my thing: It doesn't matter if its 'just another idea'. It's still an idea. And people might not love it, but who cares?!If you love to write, which I'm sure you do, It doesn't matter if its clichie or unoriganal. Sometimes you have to jump in, buckle up and get ready for the ride. Add turns as you go, twist the fates of yoru characters, JUST WRITE! Live it, love it, and don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise. We are writers. We write.
What more is there to say?
