ROTH: Rise Of The Horde
Warning: PG-14 for violence, rough language, blood and gore (and guts and brains) and kickbuttocity.

The Game: Almost like a normal Storybook, but centered around the main objective of obtaining items and kicking zombie butt. Type in a short paragraph (or chapter) of text, inputting reasonable ways for the character to obtain the items (E.G. The Character cannot find a Machine Gun behind his bed, but he can find TNT in a mine.) If you wish to bring in an item, post it with text, but be sure to include a picture or explanation if seems like an abstract weapon or an uncommon one. (I.E. The OICW or Shiv). It MUST be a legit weapon that exists in the real world. (gravity guns are kinda on the line, but they’re allowed. Special anti-zombie items, such as injections or pills, are allowed.)

The Name: John is like the John in Garfield. Slow, slightly dim-witted and almost an anti-magnet for chicks, but at least he knows how to deal with zombies. (If you don’t know who the Garfield-John is, you’ve been hiding under a rock since the birth of Jim Davis’ comic strip.)

The Booty:
Create your own weapons and obtain them the old, text-based way, or you can go here (Image) for one of those awesome-looking ‘obtainence bars’. Gatling guns, axes, baseball bats and crowbars are on the house (But the chainsaw’s gonna have to wait). Seriously, though, I have to upload a pack of images to photobucket for it to work, so it might take some time.

The Dealio: I was sitting peacefully behind my pencil-pushers’ desk when an explosion hit the building. I was thrown out the second-story window and landed in the street. Dazed, confused and injured, I tried to find out what had happened. Unfortunately, I had no time for recollection or thought: the zombies were on their way!
I saw them rush at me from the other side of the street, and had only seconds to react. Thankfully, this was one of the most littered streets in town, and I soon found a weapon.

Bring it on, undead monsters.

(You are not required to post a picture to accompany your act of obtaining items)[/

after we obtain items what do we do?
Words - so innocent and powerless as they are, as standing in a dictionary, how potent for good and evil they become in the hands of one who knows how to combine them. ~Nathaniel Hawthorne

Kick zombie butt.

To the left and right with my weapon, until it shattered into a million pieces against one the zombies' skulls. After that, There wasn't much left for me but to like hell in the opposite direction.
Unfortunately, the other side of the street was jam-packed with more zombies. Without thinking, I climbed up into the window of a police station...

And que the next person, get it?

In the police station I was momentarily distracted by a very attractive female until I realised she was a brain eating zombie trying to eat my brain. Rolling over a desk to get away from her, I found my body pressed against that of another female.

"Are you a brain-eating zombie?" I asked.

"Are you trying to chat me up?" she returned, shoving a gun into my hands. She was wearing routine police uniform and looked smoking hot. "Already loaded so just squeeze the trigger and fire, think you can do that?" the police woman asked. It sounded like fun!

Taking aim at the woman's ex-partner I fired a metal slug into her head and watched her brain splatter across the walls.
