What's your favorite part of your user group? What features do you think are helpful or fun?

I need to know because I'm thinking about starting a user group and need to know what things people like to be included.

In case you were wondering, I like monthly mass PMs and fun games.
Writing once a day keeps the voices away, and I've created a blog all about it: Daily Dose.
...and I'm now trying to create a user group based on the idea! Tell me if you're interested!
