Lovely for now.
Only the wind keeps me up.
Can I shut the door and keep out the cold.

Wind blowing through your hair.
Less glamor than you can bear.
You broke a nail when you fell down the stairs.

Hollywood, Hollywood, please don't let me down.
Keep my body and sell my soul.
Hollywood, Hollywood, lets not break up.
I'll take back what I've done.
Hollywood, Hollywood, please don't let me down.
Let me down.

Hollywood please don't wake up
your blackening veins upsetting.
I'll walk out, and hope to God your disease wont get me.

The doctor says you cut it close.
Your body couldn't handle another dose.
Close your eyes and say, "What time did I die today?"

Hollywood, Hollywood, you took too much
you've sewn it up, covered with makeup.
Hollywood, Hollywood, you've given up.
Slip the guards a lusty smile.
Hollywood, Hollywood, please don't let me down.
Let me down.

I couldn't sleep.

I couldn't dream.

We couldn't...

Be.
A story's not a story till you've made it up you see.
Look Mexico.

Nice poem! Very good comparison on how celebrities get trashed. Nice job!
I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I'm not

I liked your use of words, yet they didn't seem to really flow. It would be great if you could distinguish between the verses and the chorus, as that would make it easier to read. I like the name; it's cute. Anyways, with a bit of revising this could be really cool. Happy writing.
