Love - what does it mean?
She is ever such a fickel misstress.
Her eyes...one minute an inviting sense of comfort,
warmth and security - the next a deep glowing red with hatred which toys with every last sane emotion in your wrenching heart.
Her lips... carved delicatley into the perfect form
drawing you closer and closer into her trap, until no part of you can control the stuttering in which is gathered in your words.
Her elegance... dress clung to curvy hips, draping over her virtually invisible waist, flowing down her pixie legs then hanging loosely.
Her perfume... made from 20 of the finest roses in existence.
Her hair... a glorious blonde which hugs her rounded shoulders and sways in the breeze every time she turns.
Her face... a perfect heart shape with rosy cheeks and a dazzling smile that would weeken the knees of any heartless man.

Her...the only one who had the key to my heart - then threw it away...

That was adorable! Loved it. The words and phrases you used here were brilliant. You also were good at keeping the same tense. You would be surprised at how many people change from 1st person to 3rd person it's rediculous how many people can't do it. You are very talented keep it up and let me know if you have any other great poems you would like me to review! x :)

Hi there Emma. I'm Kamas :D

I'm here to give you a few quick suggestions/nitpicks before I run off to *try* to fall asleep.

Now this is a cute little poem, nicely worded.

Now my biggest problem would have to be the small grammar issues in this poem.

Firstly, the ellipsis (...) way to redundant. An ellipsis is used when you are sort of dwindling off. It isn't a pause, a comma is a pause. I suggest you replace all of the ellipsis in your poem with commas as the ellipsis does nothing for your poem. I feel it usually takes away from a poem, and if you do use it, use it with moderation, for example at the end of a stanza or a poem.

Secondly, the length. The lines are on the edge of being run on sentences, be careful with that. My general rule of thumb is use one 'and' then you close the sentence. Dawdling off will bored the reader as well.

Thirdly, spellcheck. There is a spell check button in the top right hand corner of your screen when you post. Use that before you post anything, just as a habit. Though you don't have many spelling errors, it's always good to avoid any, it makes your work seem rushed and unprofessional.
(Sidenote, I usually suggest using 'twenty' instead of '20' but that's your choice. It just looks nicer and once again more professional)

Fourthly, flow. Definitely the hardest thing to get, but work on it. You got it going in here and I applaud you for that but you need to work on it a little more. It's always something to work on. Think of the words flowing out of your mouth like water. Reading it out loud always helps and if you can't figure it out then that's when reviewers come in handy.

There's my quick review for you. Keep up the good work and PM with any questions about poetry or this review, or both! :D

The poem was really sweet. But, there were a few errors...

Love - what does it mean?
She is ever such a fickel mistress.
Her eyes...one minute an inviting sense of comfort,
warmth and security - the next a deep glowing red with hatred which toys with every last sane emotion in your wrenching heart.
...
Her face... a perfect heart shape with rosy cheeks and a dazzling smile that would weaken the knees of any heartless man.

She...the only one who had the key to my heart - then threw it away...

There were a few sentences which were stretched pretty long. I feel that if you would have written the poem in breaks, it would have sounded better.
You really need to work on the flow of the poem...
Also, I find the title of the poem a little awkward. Just a little.
You seem to have some substance in your writings. Do PM me if you write more! ;-)
Enjoy every moment of your life; you never know when it might come to an end...
