Ed/Setral
“What’s the probability of something interesting happening in this place for once?” Ed muttered, sitting on the edge of someone’s roof, backpack beside him.
Slim. Setral replied, a laugh escaping him a moment later, Of course, that’s if we don’t do anything.
Ed pointed to a bright flash of violet in the night sky, and then to a pair of silhouettes hanging there, visible only through the enhanced vision possession gave him. “So I guess we’d better go and check that out then, since it’s not us, and it’s quite clearly interesting.”
By the time they reached the general area, however, there was no discernable sign of what had happened – if anything at all. Ed ran his tongue over his teeth as he thought, “Well, stupid as it may be, I saw we just pick a direction and ask the first person we find if they’ve seen anything odd.” He knew that it could go horribly wrong very quickly, but hey, what was the worst that could possibly happen to someone half-possessed by a luck spirit?
