What are your favorite quotes ?
By favorite one has to be my signature.
It is short, to the point, and filled with meaning.
And not to mention, very true.

"They asked me at school what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said happy. They said I didn't understand the question. I said they didn't understand life." - Unknown

The quote in your siggy is good. I like that.

My favorite quote would have to be either the one in the first line of my siggy, or this one: "Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that can be counted counts" - Albert Einstein
Just another quack spouting psychobabble.

"If I win, I'm a prodigy. If I lose, then I'm mad. That's the way history is written."

My sig is probably a favourite of mine, but I came up with it. xD Not sure if that counts.

Considering I have too many quotes, I shall just say a couple:

"Where is that old friend gone, lost in a February song, and tell him it won't be long till he opens his eyes." ~ Josh Groban, "February Song"

"Risk more than others think is safe. Care more than others think is wise. Dream more than others think is practical. Expect more than others think is possible." ~ Cadet Maxim.

I have more, but those three (counting the one in my signature) are probably my favouites.
A writer is a world trapped in a person— Victor Hugo

Ink is blood. Paper is bandages. The wounded press books to their heart to know they're not alone.

A lot of my favorite quotes are from songs and my favorite historical figures

"If it wasn't for the high office I hold I would've grabbed him from the nape of the neck and the seat of the breeches and chucked him out the window." - Teddy Roosevelt

"May God forgive you but I never will" - Queen Elizabeth I

"The realization that simplicity is just as beautiful as complexity. Bravo!" - ME!! :smt003

I have loads more from songs and stuff like that, I have 4 more in my profile and the one in my signature. Heh I like quotes

Favorite quote of all time: "When you write, give your characters meaning and depth. Hey, how would you feel if God made you bland? Like a cardboard box. Umph it up a little now!"

Said none other than my dear pastor Anthony when I was a freshman in high school (I'm currently a junior) and I was working on a story about a pastor and his girlfriend. It was also the best advice I ever received as well.
