The world is called Anadagio. It is a world very similar to ours, but it is full of magic and mystery. There are millions of people living on this world, but they all are very different from one another. No one has yet mastered using magic, but there are some who dabble in the usage of it. However they aren't very good, others are almost at master level. But, tehre are some who own the ability to master at birth. despite giving the other magic users a bad name, these "Guardians" are becoming more and more frequent in this time. The main focus of the magic has drifted towards fire and water, making two complete kingdoms of fire and water-based magi. They are considered strong forces in the ways of elements. Most of the other elements are scattered across different nations, but almost everyone has the either fire or water based magic. In all this magic usage, the line of Lightning users has dwindled. Not even a handful still use them, and they all have mastery in different elements. This is all based on a prophecy foretold by sages from both kingdoms: That Lightning would one day reign over all. But, almost a century has passed since the prophecy was told. No one yet understood it, except for a colony on an island in the middle of the Persuing Sea. There, the last of the born Lightning-users dwell, and there they stay to die out.

But, there was one who did actually hone the abilities of Lightning. Only just being born, he was struck by lightning meer days after he was born. His parents threw him into the nearby river, because they had thought he had died. He drifted for miles, silently moving along the stream. He was later found at a fishing colony 78 miles away from his home. Now, 18 years later, Anbarii is a master of Lightning magic. He's only just 18, and he is ever evolving in the ways of castig the ancient magic of Lightning. This is the story of how he lives, and later when he goes into the main kingdoms, to fulfill his prophecy.
"Lightning is my power, for I am faster than it in wits and strength. Do not under-estimate my potential, because it will strike you down in meer seconds..."

What excatly are we supposed to do? Are we just people of the Fire or Water Kindoms, and are you the Lighting Guy?
LoVeLeSs I review short stories and novels.

Always remember that you’re unique. Just like everyone else.

I'm going to give you a few tips. You've obviously never started a storybook before.

1. You need to set a clearer task or role. Simply stating that your character controls lightning in a world of magic and mystery does nothing for anyone else. We have no idea what you want this storybook to be based on or which direction it's supposed to go.

2. It would help if you did a profile outline. Like this:

Name:
Gender:
Race:
Age:
Appearance:
Magic?
Background:

3. Set some rules. Like, no god-modding, no excessive swearing, etc., et al.

Keeping these in mind might help you get more people involved.
