Seeing is Believing

When you open a book you open an adventure and an escape. you think it is just harmless and fun, but what happens when that is not the case. As you read the book you discover your life is changing you discover you are the character and the world you live in its new domain. Now that you are the main you take all they have talent wise, and with the help of those you must bring down the antagonist before he uses his powers to take over the unsuspecting world.

Note: you only get the main characters talents and you bring the antagonist out. The book characters do not come out other then the villain. If there are a higher power villain that can not be defeated by that one character say a lower villain that they can and do defeat in the book.

Personality: a calm kid good under pressure and is quick witted

Book character powers: He is a powerful telekinetic with some limited skill in telepathy, and can dream the future, does not always have to be asleep though.

Personality: She's clever and witty. She enjoys a good laugh. She's also very bold and impulsive. She can be very
frank to the point of rudeness.

Appearance: Dark flowing black hair, a pale complexion, vibrant violet eyes, a small delicate figure, and she normally wears skirts and tank tops that are black or violet.

Character name, age and gender: Alyss Heart, age varies, female

Book: The Looking Glass Wars, and Seeing Redd.

Book characters powers: Whatever she imagines becomes reality.

Book characters skills: She never gives up, she is loyal, and bold.

Name: Logan Hearth

Age: 29

Gender: Male

Personality: A coward, though caring to those he loves. He's very cautious about his actions and doesn't trust others easily. He's not the most trustworthy person in the world and can have a quick tongue that often gets him into trouble. He tries not to get close to most people and won't hesitate to throw others under the bus to save his own skin, though feels bad about it afterwards. If he cares about you enough, though, he will do just about anything for you.

Appearance: Here. Light brown, spiky hair and blue/green eyes. Stands about 6' 1" and has a slim build. He wears glasses, as seen in the picture. His skin is lightly tanned and he normally wears plain t-shirts and jeans. Doesn't like shoes.

History: Logan isn't anybody special. He works as a airplane mechanic and has a wife and a young daughter, Leira, who loves for Logan to read to her. One night, he picked up Inkheart and read from it to her before bed. He didn't realize until later that he was beginning to become more and more like one of the characters from inside the book.

Character Name, Age and Gender: Dustfinger - Age varies between 29 and 32 - Male

Book: Inkheart, Inkspell and Inkdeath

Book Characters Powers: Dustfinger can control and 'speak' to fire. He can touch it without being burnt and summon it on even the coldest day. He can also detach his spirit from his body for up to two days, though finds this to be too dangerous and uncomfortable. Only does this as a last resort, and if his physical body is destroyed, he is stuck.

Book Characters Skills: A trickster and a thief. Good at climbing and staying hidden.

Age: 19
Gender: Male
Personality: Not particularly clever, but his determination to complete difficult tasks is usually enough to help him solve any problems he faces.
Appearance: Slightly smaller than average, quite plump. Light brown hair and brown eyes. He has a very scruffy appearance.
Character name, age and gender: Smeagol/Bilbo Baggins/Frodo Baggins/Samwise Gamgee (Sam is not entirely sure which he has become, he just knows he's a ringbearer. He is quite certain he has not become Smeagol, but he still considers it a possibility), ages vary, all male.
Book: The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings
Book characters powers: The characters did not have any powers to speak off (apart from Smeagol's sliminess, but if Sam has become Smeagol he has not inherited any sliminess), but they all bore the one ring, so now Sam has the ring and must find a way to destroy it.
Book characters skills: None in particular, unless hairy feet and hands count.

Book characters powers: She's a necromancer.

Book characters skills: She's smart, a quick thinker and MAGICAL

Okay, boltageman has given me permission to take control of this storybook. All rules will remain the same, and more characters are being accepted. All people who still want to join, you can do so. People who have already signed up, I'll be sending you a PM if you want to keep your characters.

Okay, so right now, we have four, possible five characters. Not as many as I was hoping for, but we can start, I guess. If anyone wants to do the opening post, you can go ahead. People are still being accepted.
