Yeppers! I am(: Here is the epilogue to the story, it's kind of short. I'm actually not happy with it at all, so reviews and any advice would be GREAT.:D Okay, and after this, I will be editing the other chapters and then I will finally start to post some of the sequel(; Please check out my other novel that I'm writing: Secrets of Desperation.

Evie and Carly laughed as they sang the words to the dance song in the car. They must have been on the road for six hours, just entering the state of New York.

Things were different now - they graduated only a week ago and things were great. Evie was involved in a two month relationship with Aaron Risoni with whom she became close with on Spring Break in March. Carly was finally single after a six year relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Brad Kesol and they were now on the road to go check out Evie’s new town home in the city.

“I can’t believe you have a house!” Carly smiled. “Ever since I can remember, I always pictured us sharing an apartment while attending the same college, having scholarships for lacrosse.” She laughed, looking out the window as they crossed a bridge. The city sky line was beautiful, the sun finally starting to set.

“Oh I know.” Evie laughed along, tapping her fingers to the song. “Now, you’re going to Maryland while I am still trying to find my college. Who would have thought?”

“I still can’t get over the fact that I am in a college before you, I thought Syracuse was always your dream college.” Carly sighed.

“It was. Now that I’m finally here, I’m just scared.” Evie pouted.

“Have you applied for it yet?” Carly asked, looking over at Evie. She held the handle at the top of the car, crossing her legs.

“No.” Evie looked in the rearview mirror at the letter from Syracuse in the backseat. She had yet to open it and she didn’t want to. Carly was right about one thing - it was always her dream. Now that her dream has arrived, she couldn’t bear if it was burned up because of the fact she wasn’t accepted.

“Woman!” Carly spat.

“I’m thinking of taking a year off maybe.” Evie pondered.

“No!” Carly gasped, shocked at her friends change of mind. “Don’t do it!”

“I’m still thinking, Carly.” Evie smiled, trying to calm her friend. At that moment, Evie’s On-Star went off and the music stopped. Evie pressed ’talk’ on the dashboard and asked ’hello’.

“Hey, it’s Aaron.” Aaron’s voice came in through the speakers.

“Hi!” Carly answered out loud.

“Hi there, Carly.” Evie could see the smile on Aaron’s face, lifting her spirits. “Where are you guys?”

“Come to think of it, we’re about ten minutes away.” Evie answered, looking at the clock.

“Okay. Just checking up.” Aaron said simply.

“We’ll call you and tell you all about it.” Carly suggested, looking over at Evie to make sure it was okay.

“Yeah, we’ll call.” Evie called out, taking a sharp turn onto her street.

“Alright, then. Bye girls.” The music slowly came back on, gradually getting louder.

“How are you and Aaron?” Carly asked, fixing her now all brown hair.

“We’re doing great, actually. I’m really happy.” I smiled at her.

“That’s great!”

“Do you and Brad still talk?” Evie asked without thinking.

“…No.” After that, the rest of the ride was quiet.

“I love it!” Carly breathed, looking around Evie’s new apartment. It consisted of dark wood floors and walls, nice sized windows and soft greens. The air inside the place was very clear and smelled of ancient books, very Evie.

“Thanks!” Evie smiled, looking around. It really was perfect for her. She walked out and down the steps, about to go get some boxes when a voice called out.

“Would you like some help with those?” She turned and saw a boy, about six foot and very fragile looking. He wore a black sweatshirt and tight jeans, his high-tops unlaced. He smelled of cigarettes and cologne.

“Oh, these? No I got them. Thanks though!” Evie smiled, picking up a box and turning.

“My name’s Luigi. I live next door with my older sister and her fiancé.” Luigi indicated the town house next to hers.

“Oh! That’s nice. My name’s Evie, I just moved in. This is my second time here and I’m now finally moving in.”

“Well, I hope you like it.” Luigi smiled, skipped two steps with his long legs and walked into the house. Evie chuckled and walked up the steps to start unpacking.

It must have been three hours since they’ve arrived, the sun was gone and the moon was out. The street lights were lit and everyone was about, going to parties and what not. Evie and Carly sat on the floor of Evie’s new home, eating Pizza that they had delivered.

“So, you know we have one last thing to do before we can finally enjoy our summer.” Carly winked, taking a bite of her pizza.

“And what’s that?” Evie asked, sipping some of her Gatorade.

“Senior week!” Carly smiled, holding out four tickets to their next destination.
A little less inhuman.
A little more brutal.
Let the blood be your drug.

No where to run...baby let's hide. Take her in your arms on a chilling winter's night. Watch the stars twinkle and glisten. Know that you've found the one person that will listen. ~*(ME)*~
