ok, I enjoy writing mostly about vampires. No realistic fiction for mua! But where should I post my vampire novles? Yes, most are romantic, so would they fit under the catagory romantic fiction? or would they go in other fiction because they are about vampires, even though it is romantic. I am just a teensy bit confused.
It doesn't really matter too much, just put them in whichever category you think is best! If you don't think they fit properly into any category, put them in Other Fiction. Hope that helps. Also, feel free to PM me or any other moderator or admin if you have any other questions, and welcome to YWS.
Like everyone else has said, it's not a big deal where you post your story. Other Fiction is always a safe choice if you're not sure, but as long as you're not posting Historical Fiction in the Fantasy section, there shouldn't be a problem ^_^ What might help is to consider what is the main focus of the story. Is it mostly focused on the vampires and their history or is it most focused on their romance, or is it most focused on the drama surrounding them, etc. etc.
