Verse 1:

everytime i tried to walk away

you always had something to say

pushing me out the door

only pulling me back in for more

Its a shame that i fell for it again

refusing to break but i will bend

chorus:

And now that your gone

it feels like its been so long

but im better off now

yeah im better off now

verse 2:

You only wanted me to be there

because you knew id care

I no longer fear of being alone

iv'e accepted the fact that im on my own

chorus:

And now that your gone

it feels like its been so long

but im better off now

yeah im better off now

verse 3

So now i say goodbye

Letting what i felt for you free

I had to let it die

Now your just a memory

song end

i know its short and it has a lack of vocab i just made it in like 5 minutes haha but ya tell me what u think of it for the little bit of it that there is.

I no longer fear of being alone

That's one grammar mistake. It should be, "I no longer fear being alone". It's okay I don't think it will ruin the melody of the song if you change it. On the summary, it was nice lyrics and I think it came straight from the heart but if I had to play in on my guitar I don't think it will sound spectacular (especially if this is an an acoustic song). It's a bit short and I think it's barely a minute or less. Try adding more words and improving the flow a little.

I’d heard he had started a fistfight in one of the seedier local taverns because someone had insisted on saying the word “utilize” instead of “use".
