I think this might count as a sub-category of spoonerism...
Way back in sophomore year of high school, we were discussing the Russian economy and one of my (adorably ditzy) friends suggested cotton. I stared, aghast, and came out with this gem: "You can't grow Russia in cotton, Drea!"
Here's one my granddad says all the time (usually on purpose):
Kea Tettle. (Tea Kettle)
He says it so much that it pretty much sounds right to a lot of the family, and we use it between ourselves. My grandma accidentally said it once to someone who didn't know what it was.
Chest Quains! (Quest Chain for the popular World of Warcraft) I was having a conversation and the moment he said that everyone made fun of him. Hilarity.
You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, instead, you should read every single book to see what every book is about before you even come close to judging its viability.
