I'm fairly bad at critiquing lyrics, but I'll give it a shot.

Well, I liked the first line; it was great and really drew me in. The rest of it was pretty good - actually, it was very good. Very sweet and with a certain amount of pain wrapped up inside it, but this isn't emo or angsty at all, which is a definite plus. It tells it straight, doesn't whine. I like that.

There were some mistakes with punctuation and grammar and whatnot, so I'd suggest reading it over and seeing if you can spot the mistakes. I can give a read and post the corrections if you'd like.
