Development of Horse Tack

I'm a horse freak, and for my Sport Assingment I'm writing about the development of the tack. It's now Saturday and it's due on Wednesday, and I haven't done much. I ahve enough information on Saddles, Stirrups and Shoes, but if you know anything about Girths, Bridles, Helmets or Reins it would be great!
*Don't expect to see me around much in the next couple of weeks. School has started again, and it'll be a couple of weeks before I've settled in. If you've asked me for a critique, you will get it, but not for a little while. Sorry*

Don't know if this is helpful, but just try Google. Wikipedia is always a great site for info.

Also, try ringing/visiting your local Equestrian century.
