I just randomly come up with names for my characters. If its Sci-Fi or Fantasy, I'll make names up, but I'm pretty sure they're pronouncable. I do have a hard time with last names though I think I've come up with some good ones. Thanks for listing websites to get help.

The names in my current project fluctuate often. I surprised myself today at how diverse they are. Granted, the story takes place across time and planes of existence, but still...

My leading ladies are Cadence Martinson (Cade, Cady), and Joycelin Devons (Jo. Never Joyce or Joycelin. Ever.)

Their college mates are all normal too: Ben Campbell, Danielle Grey, Shana Holly, Britteny Fredlein...etc etc

It gets complicated after that. Since I explore past lives, fantasy lives, and alternative planes, Cade and Jo are renamed multiple times. In one life, Jo become Samuel and Cade, Marguerite. As fae children, Fiona and Maeve. The first experience they have remembering times past when they've been together, Cade is Bethany and Jo, Tobias. It's quite a bit to keep track of. So I have lots and lots of names, but not lots and lots of weird ones.
Sing lustily and with a good courage. Beware of singing as if you were half dead, or half asleep; but lift up your voice with strength.

You'd better wise up, Pony... you get tough like me and you don't get hurt. You look out for yourself and nothing can touch you, man.
