here goes for the middle bit of a script

Head teacher: I am the ruler of the school.
Child:No miss the ruler of the school is on a case.
Head teacher; What are they solving? Let me go on the case.
Child:I think your to tall.
Head Teacher: I'm only 4foot 3.
Child:The ruler is 30cm
Head teacher: Can i see this ruler
Child:Yes this way
Head teacher: This is silly! That is a ruler you measure with!!!!
Child:Sorry miss.l

I think your grammar needs fixing and I'm not sure that a teacher would act like that so maybe have it between two school friends instead? Here's how the grammar should look -

Head teacher: I am the ruler of the school.
Child:No miss, the ruler of the school is on a case.
Head teacher: What are they solving? Let me go on the case.
Child:I think you're too tall.
Head Teacher: I'm only 4 foot 3.
Child:The ruler is 30cm.
Head teacher: Can I see this ruler?
Child:Yes, this way.
Head teacher: This is silly! That is a ruler you measure with!
Child:Sorry miss!

Other than that, it's a bit short but I think it could be quite funny if you tidy it up a bit.
