You have a great rhythm here and the rhyme is effective but you need to fix the punctuation. You need to add full stops, put the commas in the right spaces ect. Other then that though, it's a sweet song. Not too unique admittedly but then, how unique can you be with a love song? The chorus flows well and is quite memorable but it sounds a little repetetive towards the end so perhaps work on that a little?
