Driving and utilizing the cell phone simultaneously.

Sure, it’s cool to use text messaging. But, is it a good idea to use it while driving?

Text messaging takes your eyes off the road and endangers yourself and others.

Business and chatting with your friends is not as important as your life.

We all utilize the phone while driving sometimes. But, shouldn't we utilize it less often?

To lessen the chances of jeopardizing yourself, I think we should use the phone less while driving.

What am I supposed to review about this, exactly...? The grammar is fine, and it reads like a public service announcement. But isn't it supposed to have that tone?

Although, "lessin" isn't a word. You might want to run spell check.

Writing things like "please review" is unnecessary as this is a writing site; it should be assumed that people will look at it anyway. Personally, I find it a turn-off, but you're new, so I'm just letting you know.

You have alot of ideas here, but none of them are complete enough to make a single work out of. If you put all the sentences together, you might have enough for a topic sentence paragraph, but that still does not make a complete essay.
